Why do our customers come back?

Ceramic Tile Trading WebsiteWhether it is businesses that have outgrown their 'start up' website or require some extra functionality or clients who have a new venture we are always pleased to see existing clients come back to Yoto Creative.

We are pleased to announce three new website projects for existing Yoto Creative customers.

Ceramic Tile Trading

We developed the first website for Ceramic Tile Trading back in 2009 and it has performed very well in Google and helped to build the company's online presence both locally and nationally. In fact the website was featured on the Guardian Online within weeks of launch.

Now Ceramic Tile Trading want to expand on their success with a view to selling tiles online with an e-commerce solution. The first step towards this has already been completed with a revamped website designed and built by Yoto Creative launched a couple of days ago (see image on the right). The development of the online store will be taking place over the next few months with a view to launch in 2012.

The Waiting Game

As a new business start-up in early 2010, The Waiting Game approached Yoto Creative to create a website on a fairly tight budget. The main aim was to develop a profile online and to start to compete with similar companies in the Bristol area. With some extra help from Yoto Creative around Search Engine Optimisation and online promotion the website now appears above many local competitors for some key search terms and the business is taking bookings for staffing events from as far away as London and Manchester.

Keen to build on their early success, The Waiting Game are now looking to invest more in their website and also to explore how the business can operate more smoothly by harnessing the power and flexibility of the web. The website design will be updated and a secure log-in area created for staff to check what work is available and to sign up for the events they would like to work at. Future plans include iPhone and Android apps for staff to sign up for work as well. These ideas should help the business to develop their customer base and remove some of the administrative burden when it comes organising each event.

Tsunami Aquatics

Tsunami have only recently had a new website built by Yoto Creative to advertise their aquatic supplies shop. Now the owners would like to embark on a whole new online venture. The e-commerce project will be branded from scratch with a whole new identity and e-commerce solution website.

Discussions around the project are still in the early stages but we'd certainly like to see the website live and trading in the next 4 - 5 months.

We believe that repeat custom highlights our dedication to customer service and the quality of product we deliver. We work alongside our clients as, not just a supplier, but a valued business partner. We bring our extensive knowledge and expertise to help businesses achieve their goals. Finding a good supplier is tough as there is so much conflicting advice out there so you can only really be sure when you find web and print designers who can prove an excellent track record with existing clients and who will work with you and your business on an on-going basis.
